In addition to the Telephony console, you can use command-line utilities to manage telephony servers and clients. For example, you can use Tapicfg to create, remove, or display a TAPI application directory partition, publish a service connection point for a TAPI application directory partition, or set a default TAPI application directory partition.
You can use Tsecimp to import assignment information from an Extensible Markup (XML) file into a telephony server security file (tsec.ini) and to set up or disable telephony clients.
